Yardi Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly qualified Yardi Implementer Consultant to join our team of consulting professionals.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in implementations for the Residential, Commercial, and/or Investment Manager Verticals and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting.
In this position, you will work in cooperation with Lynx leadership, their project management team, and external parties such as Yardi to deliver the full life cycle of our client engagements.
Responsibilities- Identify operational needs of clients to provide scoping.
- Conduct business analyses.
- Set up Yardi systems, including security, recoveries, data validation, lease abstracting, and advanced accounting and investment reporting features.
- Configure modules and setup conversion leads.
- Perform sandbox testing and create user documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients remotely.
- Assist in client transition from implementation to going live and/or to Lynx Support Services.
- 3+ years of experience with Yardi Technical Support/System Administration.
- Past Yardi Residential, Commercial, and/or Investment Manager Implementation experience is required.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager, Property Management, and other modules.
- Strong technical skills and experience working as a consultant in professional services industry.
- Skilled in documented processes and controls, including IT (mapping, design, and assessment), problem diagnosis, solution development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry certifications in Property Management and/or Project Management are assets but not required.
