About the Role

Lynx Systems Inc. is a technology consulting firm that provides real estate companies with solutions to improve their productivity and reduce costs. The company specializes in Yardi and solutions, offering a wide range of services including system assessments, implementation, custom report development, training, outsourced accounting, and help desk support.

We are seeking a highly qualified Yardi Implementer Consultant with experience in various Yardi Implementation areas to join our team of consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience in implementations for the Residential, Commercial, and/or Investment Manager Verticals, and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify operational needs of clients to provide scoping and business analysis.
  • Set up Yardi systems, including security, recoveries, data validation, lease abstracting, advanced accounting and investment reporting features, module setup and configuration, conversion lead, sandbox testing, and creating user documentation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients remotely and assist in client transition from implementation to going live and/or to Lynx Support Services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Yardi Technical Support/System Administration.
  • Past Yardi Residential, Commercial, and/or Investment Manager Implementation experience is required.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager, Property Management, and other modules.
  • Strong technical skills and experience working as a consultant in the professional services industry.
  • Skilled in documented processes and controls, including IT (mapping, design, and assessment), problem diagnosis, solution development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as the position entails producing client-facing deliverables.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry certifications in Property Management and/or Project Management are assets but not required.
  • Collaborative and lifelong learner mindset.
