Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Yardi Residential Consultant to join our team of consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in implementations for the Residential Vertical and thrive in a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in cooperation with Lynx leadership, project management team, and external parties such as Yardi to deliver the full life cycle of client engagements.
  • Participate in scoping meetings and provide post-implementation support.
  • Conduct business analyses, data validation, module setup and configuration, and sandbox testing.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients remotely.
  • Assist in client transition from implementation to going live and/or to Lynx Support Services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Residential software or business process consulting for Residential Implementations.
  • ~3+ years of experience with Yardi Technical Support/System Administration.
  • ~ Past Residential Implementation experience is required.
  • ~ Strong Technical skills and experience working as a consultant in professional services industry.
  • ~ Skilled in documented processes and controls, including IT (mapping, design and assessment), problem diagnosis, solution development.
  • ~ Has experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • ~ Industry certifications in Property Management and/or Project Management are assets but not required.
  • ~ Fluency in French is an asset.
