Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Inventory Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving optimization of our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) inventory across all warehouses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize MRO inventory levels, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the inventory planning team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to identify opportunities for inventory reduction and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform inventory planning decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes to mitigate risks of disruption, ensuring effective inventory planning and working capital management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, with a focus on inventory management.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing complex projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or master's degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, asset management, or industry.
  • Experience working in a heavy industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
