At Mahran Wholesale Inc, we are seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Route Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for planning and adjusting routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Your expertise in using computer equipment, GPS, and other navigation devices will ensure efficient transportation of goods. Additionally, you will address customer complaints, load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle. If you have a Class 1/1F/A Licence and are bondable, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods

Requirements:

  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Bondable

Working Conditions:
