  • Manage and maintain parts inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient ordering and stocking processes.
  • Collaborate with the service manager and sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of parts-related activities.
  • Lead the parts team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve department processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a parts management role, with a strong background in inventory management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using inventory management software a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
