Job Summary

S.T ALI INVESTMENTS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll statements, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including employee records and payroll history.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements, and prepare monthly statements.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
  • Statement Preparation: Prepare T4 statements and other required statements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, accurate, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
