Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Global Relay. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function.

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and submit journal entries and other financial documents
  • Assist in the maintenance of our accounts payable subledger
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an accounting department or related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Impeccable accuracy with numbers and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
