Accounts Payable Specialist

At WELL Health Technologies Corp, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including processing invoices, paying vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and pay invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Participate in financial reporting and analysis
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Competitive salary range: $53k - $60k CAD per annum
