We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate and execute cheque runs, generating payments and resolving any discrepancies
- Perform special project work as required, including data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
