Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor communication.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or related field.
