  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments with precision.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.

  • Collaboration: Liaise with management, union representatives, and HR consultants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Information Management: Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Work Environment

This is a Permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
