About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at Enns Brothers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the right Turf equipment for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Listen to customers and understand their requirements to find the perfect product.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of John Deere products and provide clear explanations to customers.
  • Financing Options: Provide customers with financing options and help them select the best fit for their situation.
  • Trade-In Valuation: Fairly value all trade-ins and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Documentation: Clearly explain all aspects of the sale and properly document it.
  • Product Demonstrations: Be prepared to demonstrate units for customers and showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Event Representation: Represent Enns Brothers at product-related events and promote our brand.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Provide excellent follow-up and after-sales care to our customers, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Be organized, positive, and enthusiastic, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Customer Relationship Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the operation of outdoor power equipment and the general purchase financing process.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Possess 2-3 years of sales experience with a similar type of product.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Sales Permit: Obtain a current Salesperson's permit issued by the province of Manitoba (will be obtained after hire).
