Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Winnipeg West location. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and NW Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing customers through regular communication and in-person visits to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Prepare quotes and conduct equipment demos to showcase our products and services.
  • Manage inventory and provide input into purchasing plans to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Complete all sales documentation required and consistently follow the sales process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Represent Enns Brothers at trade shows, clinics, and events to promote our brand and products.

Requirements

  • Well-developed sales and customer relationship building skills to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office to manage sales data and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license to travel to customer sites.
  • Familiarity with golf and/or commercial turf equipment to provide expert knowledge and advice.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
  • Professional sales and/or John Deere training to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
