- Financing Options: Provide customers with financing options and help them select the best fit for their situation.
- Trade-In Valuation: Fairly value trade-ins to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Documentation: Clearly explain all aspects of the sale and properly document it.
- Product Demonstrations: Be prepared to demonstrate units for customers.
- Event Representation: Represent Enns Brothers at product-related events.
- Customer Follow-Up: Provide excellent follow-up and after-sales care to customers.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional and safe work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Be organized, positive, and enthusiastic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customer Relationship Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of outdoor power equipment and the general purchase financing process.
- Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license in good standing.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience with a similar type of product.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Salesperson's Permit: Current Salesperson's permit issued by the province of Manitoba (will obtain after hire).
