Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring seamless logistics, and coordinating activities with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize operational logistics to optimize inventory management
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels and operational performance
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs
- 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and organized with a focus on attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
