Job Description

Overview
This role involves managing data entry for international shipments. The individual in this position will engage in effective communication, tackle intermediate-level challenges, assist with fundamental research tasks, and exhibit strong time management capabilities. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts general office tasks (e.g., answering calls, performing data entry, organizing files, etc.).
- Generates reports and presentations utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Gathers and/or organizes information for internal use and dissemination.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 4am to 9am & Saturday from 8am to 11am

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from an international institution
- At least six months of experience in office support - Preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, basic research skills, and effective time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
