About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Evaluate Patients

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized physiotherapy plans to address their needs.

Develop and Implement Treatment Plans

Design and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating a range of exercises, manipulations, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.

Maintain Accurate Records

Keep accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification

A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field, and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.

Experience and Skills

At least 1 year of experience in a physiotherapy setting, with a strong foundation in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.

Language and Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment.
