Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist that can bring their integrated approach in therapy services to our client’s homes. Our Physiotherapists enjoy a fun, upbeat, and dynamic environment that keeps them independent and adaptable. Our Physiotherapists will be working with a variety of cases from pediatric to adults yet there will be a special emphasis on our senior population clients. If you are looking for an environment where you get to use a variety of your rehab skills to improve the well-being of your clients and build your passion for Home Care, then this role will be right for you.

We have Full Time and Part Time opportunities available in a unionized environment. Our Physiotherapist will be pre-assigned to a geographic area around Grey and Bruce Counties.

What you will be doing:

Change your clients’ lives in the comfort of their homes. You will assess and build an accurate rehab care plan to support clients to remain at home and in an environment that they’re comfortable in. No more second-guessing on what’s best for them. Creativity and Adaptability. You will exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients to solve problems that interfere with their ability to do things that are important to them Partner with PT Assistants to support a wide variety of clients on caseloads from pediatric, adults, and senior care. Collaborate with an inter healthcare team that partners with our client’s family members and caregivers to build an inter-discipline, holistic treatment goals, and service plans We value a Physiotherapist who is self-motivated and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Skills needed for success:

Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Physical Therapy Current active registration and is in good standing as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Previous experience in Home Care experience is a bonus Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the use of a reliable vehicle
