Digital Marketing Director

As an Account Director at Made In, you will be the key driver of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with our Director of Brands and Consulting Services to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Your mission will be to support clients and the team in the execution of marketing mandates, providing creative and strategic solutions to maximize client results and drive business growth. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective marketing strategies;
- Leading account growth and development;
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the execution of marketing mandates to ensure project profitability.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on stimulating challenges that require a business vision and quick action. Specifically:
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
- Ensure that client goals, objectives, and contractual commitments are respected through the execution of the project;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to find creative solutions and achieve results;
- Listen to client needs and identify opportunities for growth and development;
- Create, share, and track deliverables associated with each campaign, including dashboards, timelines, reports, and analysis;
- Manage budget tracking files and trend analysis;
- Present campaign reports and make recommendations.
MANDATE MANAGEMENT:
- Plan and organize mandates to achieve results;
- Manage mandate budgets and ensure profitability;
- Guide and supervise team members on each mandate in collaboration with the Director of Brand and Consulting Services;
- Guide the selection of influencers to ensure they meet objectives;
- Guide the team in negotiating contracts with content creators and/or Made In talent;
- Ensure that WBS's for all projects are produced and delivered on time;
- Oversee the quality assurance of projects;
- Participate in the development of the brand and consulting services department;
- Present monthly reports on Brands and Consulting projects to department management and make recommendations;
- Train teams when necessary;
- Use technology platforms and tools associated with each campaign;
- Respect internal management practices.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Master's degree in business administration, marketing-communications, or a related field;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital management and advertising, with agency experience an asset;
- Strong management skills, including analysis, alignment, resource planning, team management, milestone and goal management, and accountability for overall success of engagements;
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing objectives;
- Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate talent for negotiation;
- Flawless oral and written communication in both French and English to work with both French and English-speaking clients;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute requests;
- Sense of initiative to go above and beyond the call of duty and sense of autonomy expected;
- Ability to find ways to assist and support colleagues in the collective achievement of set objectives;
- Sense of responsibility: being accountable for the results of those under your supervision;
- Ability to create conditions that encourage people to channel their energies towards the achievement of the agreed work plan and organizational goals;
- Being results-oriented: focusing on expected results, setting high goals, and making the effort to achieve or exceed them.
