Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to oversee our customer service operations at The Bruce Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Execute the same responsibilities as the team members supervised
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among the team
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support operations
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of customer service clerks
  • Manage a team size of 5-10 individuals
