  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with team member tasks and responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and effective team performance
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
