Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at The Bruce Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality customer service delivery
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of computer systems and equipment
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain business continuity
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 customer service clerks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work on site at our physical location
