Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

The Bruce Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the skills and knowledge of customer service clerks
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient operation of the customer service department
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support the customer service department
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
