Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Country sales team and distributors to provide technical support and guidance on complex enquiries, ensuring alignment with sales and margin targets.
2. Oversee the implementation and deployment of new technology systems and applications, driving business growth and efficiency.
3. Lead a high-performing team of technology professionals, providing technical leadership and guidance to the sales team on product range and portfolio.
4. Identify training needs and develop educational programs for the Country sales team, focusing on process, technology, and service portfolio.
5. Work with internal stakeholders to identify technology requirements and recommend solutions that meet business needs, driving innovation and improvement.
6. Foster relationships with key clients, distributors, and external partners, driving business growth and development.
7. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to HQ.
Requirements:
1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related field. Diploma with relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
2. Professional certifications in project management or technology applications are a plus.
3. 7+ years of experience in a Technical Sales Support leadership role.
4. Fluency in English - written and spoken; Bilingual in French is a plus.
5. Strategic understanding of business functions and processes.
6. Knowledge of mechanics/electronics relating to industrial machinery.
7. Knowledge of economic principles and ability to interpret financial and budgeting reports.
