**About your next** Challenge** as a **Manager, Finance**:
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Finances (PFA & FP&A), the** Manager, Finance** will be responsible for establishing, standardizing and supervising the work methods of PFA analysts (costs and schedules) of Mirabel in order to ensure proper cost planning, accounting and control in a project management environment.

**What You Will Do**:

- Establish, maintain and supervise the best practices and procedures for the development of the schedule and the overall budget of the projects, as well as the authorization of the work;
- Assign resources to a project by considering the requirements of the internal client and the employee's development plan.
- Analyze deviations from the schedule and costs and provide adequate support to analysts in the preparation of corrective measures;
- Lead, assess, integrate and support change and risk management;
- Ensure compliance with project management and planning practices in accordance with PMO governance.
- Promote the development of performance indicators in the team and participate in the development of solutions and decision-making.

**Required Skills and Experiences**:

- University degree in Business Administration or Finance, combined with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar position (any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered);
- Knowledge of SAP’s PS (Project System) module, or another Project Management software;
- Project Management (an asset);
- Proficiency of Excel, advanced level is required;
- Bilingualism written and spoken (English and French);
- Rigor, teamwork, analytical skills and business sense are required abilities;
- Ability to work in a context of accountability and autonomy.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada **“Reliability”** status and **Level 2 (Secret)** security clearance;
- For on-site positions, our location not accessible by public transport, car/carpooling required.
