Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Liaison College. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring that they are within approved limits.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 35 hours per week.
