Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at OLE HIBACHI RESTAURANT. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Create new recipes and menus that showcase our culinary expertise
- Instruct and train our kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
- Supervise and manage our kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- 2 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven track record of success in menu development and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Fast-paced kitchen environment with high volume of customers
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff
- English
