Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at CANADA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work. This role will also involve resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
