About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installation Specialist to join our team at TOP TO BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement: Determine layout and installation procedures for siding installations, and measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools, including erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors, at heights, and in various locations, including construction and renovation sites.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with hand tools and steel-toed safety boots.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and be able to travel to various locations.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, accuracy, dependability, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
