Role OverviewTo support our growth trajectory, we are seeking to enhance our Solution Consulting team in North America.
The Solution Consulting organization focuses on crafting and delivering innovative value propositions to executive stakeholders within enterprise accounts, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the sales organization in achieving its revenue targets by providing presales support for both new and existing clients.
As a vital contributor within the territory, the Solution Consultant will collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to comprehend sales and business priorities, ensuring alignment with local business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by utilizing your comprehensive understanding of product capabilities to address business challenges and deliver value.
- Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions can support overarching customer initiatives and drive business outcomes.
- Engage with various stakeholders across functions such as IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to showcase use cases where Nexthink can provide significant value.
- Exhibit strong account management skills and a passion for introducing innovative technology.
- Lead and support large-scale enterprise transactions as a solution consultant, leveraging industry knowledge to advance deals.
- Facilitate value-based workshops with prospects to help them fully explore how Nexthink can address their strategic projects and critical issues.
This position requires domestic travel to client sites within the designated region and occasional travel to other Nexthink locations.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record as a key technical resource in introducing new technology to a market.
- Experience in Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services management.
- Familiarity with Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Win10, O365, and related Migration, Release, or Change projects.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, and quality of service disciplines.
- Experience in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance-related areas.
- The ability to leverage business context to develop creative, pragmatic solutions that meet business objectives.
- Technological proficiency and the ability to quickly learn Nexthink products and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior leaders and executives.
