About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to order, and prepare special cuts of meat for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat department and sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
