Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at RONA Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the Dealers market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to improve RONA's market position and achieve desired financial growth.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase sales opportunities and maximize profits.
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the hardware and LBM industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays.
