About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at RONA Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the Dealers market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to improve RONA's market position and achieve desired financial growth.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase sales opportunities and maximize profits.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • 5 years of experience in business development.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Presentation and deal-closing skills.
  • Hardware & LBM industry experience.
  • Finance and analytical acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
