Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Circle K, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
