About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain visually appealing store displays.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, manage backorders, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic mathematical skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
