Job Summary

Tanx Transport Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Recommend and implement measures to enhance work methods, improve productivity, and maintain high product quality standards.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Logistics and Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including repairs, rentals, and material requisitioning.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30-40 hours per week
