Job Description:

At Red River Transport, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our drivers, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
    • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions for drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve the efficiency of our transportation operations, including the use of technology and equipment.
    • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols, including the maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
    • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the ordering and procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
    • Language: Fluency in English.
    • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
