Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Operations Management: Monitor and control the movement of goods, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new drivers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation, ensuring that all problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all information is shared and understood.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
