About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Tanx Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve work methods and increase productivity.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to drivers and other team members.
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and other team members.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and training.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Coordinate the requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Work a regular 30-40 hour week.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
