Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise SharePoint Business Analyst to join our team at Spot Solutions. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 solutions, including their features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure accurate and complete understanding of client needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements documents, software design specification documents, and proposals.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use and administration of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment, with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, and experience with IIBA and/or PMI certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
