CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead business analysis activities to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and implement business solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new business solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis in enterprise-scale projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BC/Canadian healthcare project experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience with mobile device, infrastructure, database, SharePoint, web application, cloud, desktop/laptop, network, security.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
- Experience providing training/orientation to adults on new technology and concepts.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific knowledge of IIBA - BABOK guide and standards.
- Solid working knowledge of the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Solid working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of current WAN technologies including, MPLS, DMVPN, Satellite, Microwave, and Wireless.
- Knowledge of Network Security Design methodology.
- Knowledge of mobile device, infrastructure, database, SharePoint, and web solutions.
- Knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Working onsite occasionally is required.
- Full vaccination is mandatory.
