The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support
- Liaise with SaaS Cloud providers to resolve technical and functional issues, coordinate updates and patches.
- Assist the Business Services department with the administration and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials for optimal use.
- Effectively document application configurations and procedures and processes.
- Technology Training
- Curate an open repository of training information and documentation regarding Oracle Fusion Financial for the use of all staff.
- Update training materials and documentation on an ongoing basis as technology evolves.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Assist and support College stakeholders in preparation of custom reports within Fusion.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in an IT-related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Oracle certification is an asset. Preference to Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation is an asset.
- Strong ability to learn information management systems.
- Familiarity with development environments such as Microsoft Visual Studio and the Oracle Developer Suite; and reporting environments such as Oracle BI Analytics, Millenium FAST.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to service and addressing the needs of end users.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
