Executive Director of Senior Living Communities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our senior living communities in Victoria, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-level strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage budgets, financials, and occupancy rates to optimize revenue
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident care and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and support services teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, long-term care, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Completion of CPR and First Aid certification
