Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site-level strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets, financials, and occupancy rates to optimize revenue
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident care and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, long-term care, or hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Completion of CPR and First Aid certification
