Director, Business Banking

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Senior Managers and Team Leaders to build, develop, and execute business strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and guidelines to maintain a strong reputation and drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a team and drive business results.
  • Proven business development expertise to establish, grow, and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Experience in credit management, cash management, and business lending practices to ensure asset and portfolio quality.
  • Broad analytical skills to assess lending risk and make informed business decisions.
  • Business degree required, with a strong understanding of business and personal credit principles.
