Become a Vital Part of Our Team as a Safety and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a committed professional to assume the responsibilities of ensuring adherence to safety protocols within our organization. The successful candidate will be dedicated to fostering a secure workplace and enhancing our safety initiatives.

Primary Duties:
  • Oversee compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation
  • Encourage a proactive safety culture
  • Perform routine safety evaluations
  • Deliver safety training for new hires
  • Relay OH&S policies to team leaders
  • Serve as a resource for safety committees and staff
  • Address on-site injuries and provide necessary care
  • Keep records for vehicle fleet safety
  • Examine and document safety incidents
  • Support general operational tasks and projects
Requirements & Skills:
  • Current Occupational First Aid Level 2 certification (OFA 2) or the ability to acquire it within the first month
  • Background in manufacturing and site safety is preferred
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to travel to various project locations as necessary
