About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cambie Physiotherapy and Health Clinic Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
    • Manage and maintain confidential medical files and records
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Management
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
    • Ensure the clinic's supplies and equipment are adequately stocked
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Participate in regular security and safety training
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
