As an HR Consultant specializing in Organizational Development, you will be assigned to support specific business areas based on their unique requirements. In this position, you will focus on project change management and provide expert guidance to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of change management specialists assigned to various project teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating Change Management Strategies that encompass analyses of impacted and interested parties, socialization plans, and suggested adoption approaches.
  • Developing Change Management Plans that translate technical changes into accessible language, clearly outlining the nature and necessity of the change, clarifying questions regarding impacts, identifying affected groups, and fostering alignment and understanding of required support.
  • Taking a proactive role in managing the human aspects of change, collaborating closely with project teams, communications, learning and development, and business representatives to identify strategies, monitor progress, and facilitate end-user adoption.
  • Providing recommendations for sustaining change post-project.
  • Coaching staff to enhance their change management competencies, including methodologies such as ADKAR, visible sponsorship, change leadership, storytelling, facilitation, and adopting a user-centered approach.
  • Assessing and reporting on project success from a change management and adoption perspective.
  • Leading and overseeing change management processes while making recommendations to enhance collaboration, user focus, innovation, and success in change initiatives.

Qualifications
  • A degree combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong knowledge and expertise in change management methodologies and practices.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Prosci Certification is a valuable asset.
  • Experience applying Prosci's three-phase change management approach is advantageous.
  • Experience in facilitating change management for process, policy, or technology projects is beneficial.
  • Success in this role requires a proven ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with clients, a focus on outcomes with a consultative approach, and a project management skill set or a willingness to learn.
