Our Finance teams play a crucial role not only in managing financial records but also in propelling the company forward by collaborating closely with various teams to support the growth of this rapidly evolving network, fostering financial integrity, innovation, efficiency, and cost-effective operations in a dynamic environment.

The CACF Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted financial advisor for multiple fulfillment centers, focusing on cost management and delivering insightful business analysis. This position will work in close partnership with a diverse group of Finance and Business leaders across Operations, Process Engineering, PxT, and more, driving initiatives aimed at optimization, efficiency, and ongoing enhancement. This role also emphasizes the development and delivery of comprehensive financial analyses and presenting insights clearly and concisely to influence business partners and support data-driven decision-making.

A typical day in this position involves enhancing and establishing new metrics for site productivity, innovating solutions using large-scale data analysis tools, identifying high-priority projects to maximize outcomes for key stakeholders, and addressing complex challenges that impact strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage strong financial expertise and business insight to construct financial models, analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that yield results, drive enhancements, and influence leaders across Amazon with potential global implications.
  • Oversee the delivery of weekly/monthly financial closing, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations using financial systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Foster effective business relationships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unforeseen circumstances.
  • Utilize active listening skills to convey data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and straightforward manner, adjusting communication style based on the audience to clarify complex financial matters.
  • Gather and analyze quantitative data to create relevant reports leading to cost savings.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to rectify financial discrepancies and enhance, scale, or simplify financial tools across teams and departments.
  • Contribute to a harmonious work-life balance by being a positive, collaborative, and effective mentor to new team members, exemplifying operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or CPA designation
  • Experience in applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
